Getting Here

To support the Biennale’s low-carbon, city-walking approach, visitors arriving by car are encouraged to park at Shueijiaoshe Cultural Park, then transfer to public transportation or the weekend shuttle to reach the venues.

Parking

Recommended parking: Shueijiaoshe Cultural Park. From here, take the free weekend shuttle or a city bus to the venues and avoid downtown traffic and parking.

Free Weekend Shuttle

A loop shuttle runs on weekends throughout the exhibition, connecting major transport hubs with the core venues.

  1. Tainan Railway Station (for THSR and train transfers)
  2. Tainan Park (around the Former Tainan Park Office)
  3. Tainan Art Museum (hub for the core venues)
  4. Shueijiaoshe Cultural Park (parking for drivers)

High Speed Rail & Train

Take the THSR to Tainan Station and transfer to bus H31 to Tainan Art Museum, or transfer to the TRA at Shalun Station to Tainan Railway Station and continue by city bus.

Walking & YouBike

  • Venues in the core arts district are a 3–10 minute walk from the Tainan Art Museum bus stop.
  • There is a YouBike station at Tainan Railway Station, and most venues have one within a 5-minute walk.
  • Some venues are farther from YouBike stations; consider taking the bus or planning your route ahead.
