一個城市景觀構成的主要物就是建築，有特色的建築物往往可以形成有特色的城市，該棟建築物本來就有特色，又處在民生綠園，但白色並不能顯現出來，所以試以紅色改變，如此建築物變得突顯，而且也很明白點出消防隊的色彩。
