NaNaNews: The 7-Avenue Newsroom

“NaNaNews: The 7-Avenue Newsroom” reflects the Tainan Art Biennial’s seven-avenue route radiating from Tang Te-Chang Memorial Park. Gathering local “small things,” the project connects stories from across Tainan and publishes six issues of The 7-Avenue Gazette. Ten “Come One, Come All! Write the News!” sessions invite the public to become guest editors for a day, while recalling Tainan’s history of local publishing. Located on the second floor of Tainan West Central District Library, the temporary newsroom functions as a production workspace that is open for public participation .
