Using watercolor and woodblock prints, this series draws on the artist’s personal aesthetic experience and on-site observations throughout Tainan. Blending Eastern and Western influences, the works focus on Lord Tiger’s playful character and folk symbolism, while transforming traditional imagery into contemporary visual forms. By reconfiguring traditional images and modern sensibility, the artist offers new interpretations of Lord Tiger, which reveal the evolving vitality of local beliefs and their continued renewal in contemporary life.
